Sunday 5th April 2026 marks 26 years since two loyal Leeds United supporters, Christopher Loftus and Kevin Speight, travelled to Turkey to watch Leeds United but tragically never returned home.

Chris and Kevin were brutally murdered in Istanbul on the eve of our UEFA Cup semi-final fixture with Galatasaray in 2000. They will never be forgotten and will always have a special place in the hearts of Leeds United fans worldwide.

Prior to kick-off in our Emirates FA Cup Quarter Final against West Ham United, we will lay two wreaths in front of the traveling supporters in their memories.

Chris & Kev will never be forgotten.
