The match officials for Leeds United’s Premier League clash with Everton Football Club on Monday have been announced, with Simon Hooper set to take charge at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
The Select Group official is in his tenth season in the Premier League. In that time, the 43-year-old has overseen 138 top-flight matches beginning with a 2015 meeting between Norwich City and Crystal Palace.
The Wiltshire-native has worked his way up the English football pyramid, with more than 350 EFL league matches officiated throughout his career.
In their 20 matches refereed by Hooper, the Whites have won eight and drawn six. Last season, the official oversaw the Whites 2-0 win away to Sheffield Wednesday, with Brenden Aaronson and Daniel James scoring.
The opposition, meanwhile, have six wins and four draws in their 18 matches refereed by Hooper. In his last match at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, the Toffees drew 0-0 with Aston Villa in September.
