Healthy Holidays participants receive Easter gifts

Foundation programme utilises donations.

Healthy Holidays Easter

Over Easter, every single attendee at the Leeds United Foundation's Healthy Holiday camp received an Easter egg thanks to generous donations from the club.

The Healthy Holidays programme is delivered by the Foundation in primary schools for 85% free school meal children, providing them with breakfast, a hot lunch and a food hamper to take back home to share with their family.

Throughout the Easter holidays, the children have participated in Yorkshire cricket sessions and Cook Stars classes, occupying their time with physical activity and life skills.

After a collection at Elland Road amongst staff, 120 Easter Eggs were received and handed out across four camps of 30 children, helping spread some joy over half term.
