The foundations are laid. The walls are built. Now let’s Raise the Roof!
Leeds United are pleased to dedicate the upcoming Premier League fixture against Bournemouth to local charity Martin House Children’s Hospice, as they reach the final stages of the biggest project in their history, THE BUILD.
They need your help for the last push, and together, we can help them raise the final funds needed to help complete the incredible transformation of Martin House Children’s Hospice. Leeds United first-team players have thrown their support behind the project with Ilia Gruev and Jaka Bijol paying a special visit recently to see the work being done to support families who need it the most. You can read more about their visit here.
If you donate over the weekend, during their 36 Hour Give to Raise the Roof, every single donation will be DOUBLED, meaning your gift will have twice the impact.
What is THE BUILD? It’s a once in a generation project that will transform care for children and young people with life-shortening conditions across Yorkshire, with families having helped design the spaces they need most:
A warm and welcoming children’s wing
A vibrant teenage zone
A specialist hydrotherapy pool
A new Education Centre
At its heart, THE BUILD is about more than bricks and mortar, it’s about comfort, dignity, and care, giving families the support they need, when they need it most.
But Martin House Children’s Hospice can’t do it without you. Rising costs and growing demand for their services mean the need has never been greater. This is a unique moment, just 36 hours where your donation will go twice as far to support children and families facing the unimaginable.
