Leeds United are pleased to announce the club will face rivals Manchester United in August at Dublin’s iconic Croke Park Stadium*.
Last summer’s visit to the city was a resounding success, as the Whites entertained Italian giants AC Milan at a sold-out Aviva Stadium, and this time Daniel Farke’s side will go head-to-head with their familiar foes at one of Europe’s most prestigious sporting venues.
Following the exciting upcoming trip to the US for meetings with Wrexham, Sunderland and Liverpool in Tampa, New Jersey and Chicago respectively, Leeds will return to the Republic of Ireland’s capital for a blockbuster clash not to be missed. The fixture is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 12th August (7:30pm).
Leeds United Chief Business Officer Morrie Eisenberg said: “We are excited at the prospect of returning to Dublin again this summer, our support in Ireland is huge which was demonstrated last year.
“Croke Park is one of the most historic venues in the world and we are looking forward to renewing our rivalry with Manchester United in what will be the first football match at the stadium since 2009, which will also serve as important preparation for the campaign ahead.”
Leeds United Season Ticket Holders and Members will have access to a ticket pre-sale from 4pm this afternoon, Thursday 2nd April.
A link to the pre-sale will be sent to fans who qualify at 3pm today, ahead of tickets going on sale at 4pm.

Prior to the current campaign, the teams faced one another at Stockholm’s Strawberry Arena and this time over 80,000 are set to be in attendance. Notably, as part of our allocation, Whites fans are able to purchase tickets for the iconic Hill 16.
*Please note, this fixture is subject to Leeds United retaining Premier League status. This fixture is also subject to the club not participating in the 2026 FA Community Shield.
