On Sunday afternoon, Leeds United Women were forced to settle for a point after Brittany Sanderson's first-half goal was cancelled out late on by visitors Durham Cestria.
Speaking after the point in the FA WNL Division One North, Simon Wood said: "A really frustrating end to the game. Obviously we concede the goal in the 92nd minute - it's frustrating because we wanted all three points today.
"I think the players are allowed to be disappointed for the work rate and the effort they put into it, but we'll lick our wounds and we'll come back stronger for next week.
"We chanced things around a little bit just to give us a little bit more structure to cope with some of the threats they were offering," the boss added on half-time tweaks. "I thought it worked really well.
"We were close today to winning that game of football. We're disappointed in it now, but we'll got to York fresh.
"We will go with what we're good at again and we'll go and push them. We will go get that win."
