We can now confirm ticket and ballot information for our Premier League away fixture against AFC Bournemouth on Wednesday 22nd April 2026, KO 8pm.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Digital ticketing will become a mandatory requirement for all existing Premier League clubs by no later than Season 2026/27. Newly promoted clubs will have a period of two years to implement its use upon joining the League. Therefore, as part of our transition to being fully digital, our ticket allocation for the AFC Bournemouth away fixture will be digital NFC tickets.

A digital NFC ticket will be emailed to each ticket holder. Once the deadline for away ticket refunds has passed, digital tickets will be sent out no later than close of business on Friday 17th April. Digital tickets can only be downloaded once. Please note, screenshots of digital tickets will not work.

All supporters are encouraged to arrive early for this game and ensure that they have downloaded their digital ticket to their Apple /Google wallet on their smartphone before arriving at the Vitality Stadium.

Online ballot application dates:

Friday 10th April – Tracker Ballot

  • Ballot opens at 10am and closes at midnight Supporters who attended 23 away games in the 2024/25 season can apply*

*Due to the low allocation, the chance of success is slightly lower than the usual 50% for this fixture.

Saturday 11th April – Tracker Ballot Run

  • Tracker ballot will be run and successful applicants notified by midday.

Sunday 12th April – Season Ticket Holders / Members Ballots

  • Separate ballots will open at 10am; one for Season Ticket Holders and one for My Leeds Members. These ballots will close for applications at 9am on Monday 13th April.

Season Ticket Holders and Members who are unsuccessful with their Tracker Ballot application can submit a further application during this window.

  • The Season Ticket Holders and Members ballots will be run and successful applicants notified by midday.

Please note, we can only guarantee that we can allocate adjoining seats for those supporters who apply within the same ballot application.

*Full time student with valid proof of concession status to beproduced on the turnstile, needs a photo and valid expiry date. ** Juniors under the age of 16 with valid proof of membership or season ticket pass to be produced at the turnstile. AFC Bournemouth do not allow supporters under the age of 16 to be unaccompanied in the stadium.

Disabled supporters pay the above prices. Complimentary tickets for personal assistants are available if required.

  • 11 wheelchair spaces are available.

Ambulant Disabled - If requested and currently in receipt of DLA for middle/higher rate of care or higher rate of mobility, or standard or enhanced rate of PIP the supporter is entitled to receive a ticket for one personal assistant free of charge.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking is provided to the South of the stadium, spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis. Please note that this is a council operated car park and unless a blue badge holder has a disabled tax-exempt vehicle permit, purchased from BCP council, supporters must pay for car parking even with a valid blue badge certificate.

Accessible Entrance

The visiting supporter accessible entrance is located at the corner of the South and East stand, around 30 metres from the elevated platform. Access is directly into the visiting supporter’s accessible area.

Please note, AFC Bournemouth have a 100% search policy, if a supporter has any challenges around this please contact disability@afcb.co.uk directly to discuss this with the DAO. Additionally, access through the accessible entrances is restricted to the disabled supporter, their PA and any young people within their party.

Welfare Team

The welfare team will be on hand pre-match and for the duration of the match. The team wear pink high-vis jackets and will be on hand to assist supporters, the team will provide ponchos to any supporters sat in the front row and to assist with egress from the stadium.

Bag Policy

From the start of 2025/26 season the size of bags permitted into the stadium has changed and bags must not be bigger than A4 in size. There will be an exemption for supporters in possession of an exemption certificate who are bringing in a larger bag on the basis of medical grounds or a disability, this can be obtained by contacting disability@afcb.co.uk prior to matchday.

Radio Commentary

AFC Bournemouth has a number of radio commentary devices that are shared between home and away supporters, these are bookable through disability@afcb.co.uk. Please note that these may not be available if they are not pre booked, supporters are asked to bring their own headphones and would recommend suggesting that fans bring noise cancelling headphones. Supporters will be asked to pick headsets up from the ticket office and return to a steward on departure from the stadium.

Hearing Loops

Hearing loops are available at a variety of locations throughout the stadium including in the superstore, concourse and ticket office.

Entering the ground

Entry is via Turnstile F in the SE corner of the ground. AFC Bournemouth conduct 100% electronic wanding and 100% searching and all supporters are requested to empty their pockets that will set off the wanding process while they are in the queue to enter. Tickets will also be checked at this point. This process takes time, therefore supporters are advised to enter as early as possible (gates open 1.5 hours prior to kick-off).
