Winger previews First Round meeting.

Chloe Dixon pre-Rotheham (H) Oct 30 Warmup

Leeds United Women are in Women's FA Cup action this Sunday, welcoming Rotherham United Women to the BD Community Stadium in the First Round.

The Whites had to withstand a late comeback from York City Ladies in the FA WNL Division One North last time out, eventually securing a dramatic 4-3 victory to maintain the gap at the top of the table.

Ahead of the cup clash, Whites winger Chloe Dixon spoke to leedsunited.com.

"We're feeling good," Dixon began. "I think we're happy as a team, all enjoying playing and just taking each game as it comes.

"It was nice to get the win against York, and it's nice to remain at the top of the table.

"We're feeling extremely confident. Each game is a different challenge and it's nice to see us overcoming them. We're all excited for every game now.

"It's good to have a break as well. We know that every team we play wants to beat us, and I guess that's what comes with being at the top of the table. The cup game almost feels like a free hit for us to go out and enjoy our football."

Reflecting on the Whites' ambitions in the competition, the winger added: "I think it's always nice to go as far as we possibly can in the FA Cup. It's nice to get through the stages and start playing against the bigger teams.

"They're always great games against good opposition, and ultimately, they're occasions where we have to step up our level too."
